Why did you start using Datananas?

When we set up digital platforms for our clients, there are technical, strategic, content issues…. but also a traffic acquisition problem. We can make the best platform ever, the most optimized and most elegant possible, but if nobody comes to see it, it has no interest.

We needed a system to bring segmented and qualified people on our platforms, and this is the context that we have started to use Datananas.

For our customers, a digital platform is an investment, and as any investment there must be a return on investment. In order to have this ROI, we had to drive qualified traffic because otherwise the service is not validated and we really had difficulty proving the return on investment when we created digital platforms.

What does the software bring to Feel and Clic?

It gives us the ability to find highly targeted prospects in very specific industries.

Datananas is a software that allows you to add a layer on top of social networks such as Linkedin, and is able to find contact information (emails and phone numbers) of any contact you want.

Thanks to Linkedin and Viadeo, we are able to identify and segment very precisely the prospects we want, either in human resources, communication, computer, etc ... Datananas gives us the ability to identify B2B prospects, to find their contact information and then target them to propose our different customers' services.

Did it require any training for your employees and what was the timeline to implement it?

I don't want to be too commercial but this is one of the advantages of Datananas : it is a turnkey solution. This means that you just register, add your email and credit card, and in few seconds you can use it : it adds a "Add Prospect" blue button on Linkedin.

In my opinion, the more tricky part is how to properly use these emails afterward. Do you connect the software to your CRM directly, or to a Marketing Automation Software? Do you contact your prospects via email or a phone call?

We set up a call center for our customers, CRMs and Marketing Automation softwares... The idea is to really care for the use of prospects you found, because you only have one try to make a first good impression.

What are the main benefits of Datananas?

The first benefit that I would mention is extremely simple: a qualified lead costs approximatively 1 euro. If we look at the cost per lead with Datananas, it is more or less 20 cents. This means a division by five of the acquisition cost for our customers. Do you connect the software to your CRM directly, or to a Marketing Automation Software? Do you contact your prospects via email or call them?

Second benefit, Linkedin is one of the most up-to-date professional network. When your target professional users, especially in B2B and slightly less in B2C, you will have really up to date contacts to address them.
